A Watch Trade Account for Your Business
Apply for a watch trade account with ARWACO Traders to access wholesale prices after business approval. Our website also welcomes retail customers, who can browse and shop at public retail prices.
Who is a watch trade account for?
Trade accounts are intended for businesses buying watches for resale, including independent watch retailers, jewellers and online sellers. ARWACO Traders has supplied watches to UK retailers since 1994. If you are unsure whether your business is suitable, speak to Mr Rafiq before applying.
How to apply and start ordering
1. Submit your business application
Open the account page and select the business or trade registration option. Complete the business details requested on the form using accurate information. These details help us identify your business and review your application. Use an email address you can access for your account.
2. Wait for manual approval
We review business applications before granting wholesale access. Registering does not automatically unlock trade prices. Your account remains subject to approval, and we may ask for further information where needed. Contact us if you need help with an application.
3. Sign in to view wholesale prices
Once your business account is approved, sign in to see the wholesale prices available to your account. Public retail prices remain available for visitors and retail customers. If trade prices do not appear after approval, contact us so we can check your access.
4. Browse watches and place an order
Browse the catalogue by brand, use the gender filter and compare models. Choose your quantities, add products to the cart and review your order before checkout. For current availability, larger quantities or questions about ordering terms, speak to Mr Rafiq before placing an order.
Watch trade account questions
Can retail customers still buy watches?
Yes. Retail customers are welcome to browse the catalogue and buy at public retail prices. Business approval is required for wholesale pricing.
Are wholesale prices visible before approval?
No. Wholesale prices are available only when you sign in with an approved trade account. A new registration alone does not grant wholesale access.
What are the minimum order and delivery terms?
Please contact us to confirm the terms for your planned order, including quantities, delivery, VAT and warranty information. We can discuss your requirements before you buy.
Can I ask for help choosing watches?
Yes. Contact Mr Rafiq to discuss the models and quantities you need. You can also explore the Casio, Citizen, Seiko, Pulsar and Omax brand pages.
