Products and ordering
Check the model/SKU, description, pictured version, stock quantity and order details before ordering. A general model family may include other colours or finishes that are not offered as selectable variations. An Image Coming Soon graphic is a placeholder, not a photograph of the particular item. Ask us to confirm any essential specification before buying.
Choose the required quantity, review your basket, enter your contact and delivery details, select an available payment method and check the final total before submitting the order. You can correct details before submission. We will confirm the order and relevant arrangements. If a stock or pricing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you rather than substitute an item or charge a different price without agreement.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are in pounds sterling. Retail merchandise prices include VAT. Wholesale prices are available only to signed-in approved business customers, are displayed excluding VAT, and have applicable VAT calculated at checkout. Merely creating an account does not approve trade access. Delivery charges are additional where shown. Your basket and checkout show the applicable order total before you place an order.
Use only a payment method offered at checkout. Where cash on delivery is offered and selected, payment is due on delivery. Retail and business purchases
Consumer cancellation and faulty-goods rights are explained in our Returns and Refunds policy. Business purchases are assessed under the agreed order terms and applicable law; consumer change-of-mind rights do not automatically apply to business stock orders. Any additional trade terms must be agreed before the purchase.
Accounts, personal information and complaints
Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information when applying for business access. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised account use. We assess trade applications manually. Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
Contact us with your order number and a description of any complaint so we can investigate and discuss a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts a remedy where doing so would be unlawful.
