UK delivery charges
Charges are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and any applicable trade pricing, before VAT and delivery:
- Below £100: £10 delivery.
- £100 to £300 inclusive: £5 delivery.
- Above £300: free delivery.
£300 exactly attracts £5 delivery. The delivery charge and applicable VAT are shown in the basket and checkout before you place an order. Retail merchandise prices include VAT; approved business merchandise prices are displayed excluding VAT.
Availability and timing
Review the available quantity and the pictured model before ordering. Delivery arrangements and any specific timeframe should be confirmed with ARWACO for your order. We do not advertise a guaranteed next-day service. For consumer orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different period is agreed with you. If we cannot supply or deliver as agreed, we will contact you about the available options and your applicable cancellation or refund rights.
Delivery details and problems
Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a contact telephone number. If your parcel does not arrive as agreed, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number. This request does not reduce your legal rights. For business orders, discuss any special delivery requirements before placing the order.
